In October 2022, Mike Dahlquist went down to Patagonia Chile and did a 10 day ski traverse across the Campo de Hielo Sur. With only two days of total whiteouts, they got very lucky with weather, and were able to make the first ascent of a prominent peak and the first ski descent of another.
